therapy, and personalized holistic consultations, we support personal growth,
relaxation, and spiritual well-being. Our compassionate approach is designed to ease
stress, restore vitality, and foster emotional and physical healing. While our services
provide meaningful support on your wellness journey, they complement—but do not
replace—professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Every soul, whether two
legged or four-legged, is welcomed into a peaceful space for healing and renewal.
2. Bookings & Payments
• Bookings can be made online through our contact or booking form.
• Payment details, if required, will be provided upon booking.
• Sessions are confirmed once payment is received (if applicable).
• If applicable, packages or multiple-session bookings may be subject to specific terms.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or the forfeiture of the session.
• Healing Souls and Paws reserves the right to reschedule appointments if unforeseen
circumstances arise.
4. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
• You are 18 years or older (or have parental consent).
• You are responsible for your well-being and any personal decisions made before,
during, or after your session.
